“Great place! Check in took longer than we liked but everything else was perfect”

“The hotel is built a good distance from the beach. My husband must use a walker for support and the walk was much too far for him to walk to the beach and walk over the dune to get to the water (I would estimate close to a half mile walk from the hotel to the water. You will need a cart to carry your beach equipment. When I first arrived and needed to use the downstairs restroom, it was So dirty with urine all over the seat, it was disgusting. “All was great but still think free coffee in the morning would be a plus. $8 is just a big deterrent. Coffee packets in the room are awful and the paper cups fall apart. ”

“Would be a full 5 stars except the shower water only got warm. Talked with the front desk about it an they were very helpful and talked to the maintenance crew. Unfortunately it never got fixed but we were only there for one night so one lukewarm shower wasn't too bad. Other than that hotel is beautiful and we had a massive room.”

“Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Sandy was amazing and made sure the room had everything i requested (and more)!!! Breakfast and snacks were delicious. Umbrellas next to the front door in case you forgot to bring one, like I did. Property was in the most perfect location - walking distance to/from the city, but just far away to not be caught up in all of the hustle and bustle. Stayed in the Caroline (RM 102) and it was stunning. Way better than the pictures. 1000/10 and will not……

“The included breakfast was excellent and much more than we could eat. The wait staff were beyond exceptional - Belinda, Toni, and the cook (didn't get his name) were just the nicest, most pleasant people you could ask for. We looked forward to going to breakfast every morning. The room was very nice and clean, however one thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the floors. “The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer.”

“I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. The real reason to stay here I think is the breakfasts! Lots of healthy creative flair! If you’re a foodie this may be the place……
