Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an awesome place to stay. This was our first time there and you could ask for a nicer place. The condo was exactly how describe I had no issues at all. The view was amazing corner condo with ocean view and the pool and court yard. The colony reef staff was so nice to deal with always willing to help on any questions. My family will be back !!! Hope this helps and enjoy !!!

Impressed with Condo 2211

Very Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented 3 Condos at Colony Reef for a week. 2211 was easily the nicest of the 3, and it looks like it has been newly renovated. It felt clean and spacious, and we loved the condo. We were very disappointed the pool closed at 9pm every night, so all the children could not night swim. We have never encountered this at any of the Condos we have rented over the years, so now I know to research the pool hours beforehand.

Property is described as a "Gold" property, we disagree.We have been coming to Colony Reef Club for 30 years, sad to say it is showing its age.I would recommend to a friend, with conditions.

Very conveniently located near the beach and pool. Only negative was the parking- was supposed to have one parking pass ( blue pass) near the condo but due to others ( with orange pass) parking in the blue area - we could not park near.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Colony Reef. The facilities are very well maintained and the beach is easily accessible. The set up of the condos is fantastic: every one of them has a view of the ocean from the balcony. Our condo was well-stocked in the kitchen, with plenty of room for everyone to congregate in the den or spend some time alone on the balcony or their room. It's nicely furnished and well-maintained. The bathrooms are dated, and the dryer makes a horrible noise, but, otherwise, I was well pleased with everything it had to offer.
