We are located right downtown, and our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building, fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool. The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1 - November 1).

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
1 designated Parking spot on the property plus unmetered street parking, full bath, and washer/dryer is just some of what it has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to try out some local ingredients.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.
Located in the heart of historic Lincolnville downtown St. Augustine, attractions, shopping and restaurants are plentiful within a short walking distance. The area has a festive atmosphere all year long and especially at holiday time.
As you relax on the porch, maybe on Sundays enjoying the gospel music from the oldest Church in Lincolnville, you will feel that history comes alive when you stay at this house.
Should you choose to wander the tree lined streets of the historic district, to enjoy the fresh sea breeze along the bay front or to discover the shops of St. George Street, your options for an afternoon stroll are endless. If your feet tire, trolleys, taxis and pedicabs are always nearby to carry you home.
Wonderful sandy beaches are only 5 miles away and options for rental of kayaks, paddle boards, small sailboats or jet skis are nearby.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Having a parking spot was great, because parking in town is expensive and not always easy to find. It's a quick walk to town for sightseeing, shopping, and eating out. We also enjoyed walking to the distillery and the Ice Plant Bar. Communication was great, and easy check in and out.

Das Appartement war genauso wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, von Spülmittel, Handseife, Shampoo etc. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Wir waren gerne im Pool und haben abends draußen gesessen. Der Kontakt zu Kirsten war ebenfalls sehr nett. Bei Fragen hat sie wirklich sofort geantwortet und auch Dinge empfohlen.Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, so dass man zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen kann. Das haben wir tagsüber für eine Trolley-Tour genutzt oder abends nach dem Essen, um tolle Livemusik in einem der schönen Hinterhöfe zu genießen. Das Appartement liegt in einem Viertel mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund.

The property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice and featured a covered area for seating. Proximity to downtown was excellent, although the area is under redevelopment. Only one thing would’ve made it five star and that’s if only the beds were comfortable.

Anniversary celebration

We have stayed at this property numerous times and it’s always a wonderful experience. The place is always extremely clean and provides all the extra little perks. We love the location because we can walk to our favorite restaurants, shopping and everything the downtown area has to offer. The host makes the process simple and is always so helpful. Top notch

We had a wonderful week at 86 St. Francis St. ending today March 21st. Our apartment was well equipped and very clean. The pool deck and outside seating area were well maintained and the pool captures the sun all day long. A short walk takes you to many restaurants and St. Augustine attractions. Kirsten is a wonderful and attentive host who obviously takes great pride in her property. We would love to return.

Walking distance to the centre of St Augustine

Wanting to visit the oldest city in America, we were glad to find Krisitin and Michael's appartment steps from downtown. This is an older home in a quiet area. It has been pleasantly renovated; most of the kitchen and bathroom items are new. Some furniture, sofas and comforters have seen wear, hence the 4*s. It was very clean and the inventory was well thought out. The outdoor area is surprisingly large; pool, dining table & chairs and sun loungers will be a great benefit most of the year. A Parking space is almost as valuable as an appartment in this town and spaces were well marked out. We would return here and recommend it.

One week in Lincolnville neighborhood of St. Augustine

My husband and I loved our stay here. Neighborhood is ideally located for walkability to everything that historic downtown St. Augustine has to offer! The backyard pool and sitting area is beautiful and quiet. We loved sitting outside by the pool to read during the day and to have a glass of wine in the evenings. Kirsten, the host, is very responsive to questions and is very easy to get in touch with!

Love this Location

This was our second time at this location. We love how easy it is to walk downtown, and also to the winery. I contacted the owner to ask about a card table so that I could work remote and she had one to us within the hour. If you want a great space, good location, good communication with owner, then this is the space. We have already booked again.

Adventure in St. Augustine

Our apartment on the 1st floor was really cute and well maintained. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Wine and cocktail glasses were provided. Fluffy towels and nice bed linens provided. Beautiful pool, too cold to use but enjoyed happy hour on the sheltered patio. Parking provided at apartment was awesome. Nice base to enjoy area. Some tenants walked about 20 minutes through neighborhoods to Castillo Street across from the Fort or St George street. We drove and parked at visitor center close to downtown. Lots of restaurants & bars there. Drove 15 minutes across Lions Gate bridge to beautiful St Augustine beach and the lighthouse. Lots to do including Trolly Tours, free wine tasting at San Sebastián winery or whiskey tasting at several distilleries and shops close to visitors center. Free shuttle every 15 minutes from there. Really enjoyed our stay
