My adult daughter and I take a girls trip each year and this year we decided on St. Augustine but wanted the luxury of a condo on a private beach. Euphoria did not disappoint!! The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and everything we hoped it would be!!

Our unit was nicely decorated with all furniture in good shape and comfortable. Kitchen is also well appointed and equipped. Furniture on the balcony was also quite nice. The unit had been thoroughly cleaned. Overall, very pleased with our stay.We've been to Crescent Beach several times and find the beach to be very accommodating to families and never over crowded.

Beautiful beach

Beach and condo were great. Sewer gas smell in the bathrooms was bad. Loved all the local dining options.

Good getaway

Everything was good , great ocean view. Great location.The only thing that bothered us was the stained carpet. Other than that the place is great.

Family trip

Great place and great people! Very quick to respond. Pictures were accurate. I’ve stayed in many units on this property and this one is one of the best I’ve used! Beds were comfortable! Everything was new and nice! Washer and dryer and all appliances were quite clean and new! Would definitely go back!

Two Weeks by the Ocean

I had a wonderful vacation at Summerhouse. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning! The townhouse was comfortable and well stocked with essentials, dishware and cookware. I enjoyed hearing the ocean, walking the beach to the inlet, chatting with other vacationers, and being part of Crescent Beach and surrounding areas. The food at local restaurants and in the town of St. Augustine was fantastic!

Exactly as advertised!

Location was perfect and views of the ocean were second to none. When I walked into the condo, I immediately felt like I was on a boat looking out into the ocean. The unit was very clean and exactas described in the listing. The owner has everything clearly marked so you can find things and instructions are very clear for checking in and out. If we decide to come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!!

Great vacation at Crescent Beach

The entire experience with this rental was very smooth. The Property Manager reached out to us in advance with information on our stay. They answered all questions we had quickly. They checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The unit was exactly as advertised. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting St Augustine and Flagler Beaches. There are great restaurants nearby. Will definitely be a repeat vacation spot.

Our stay was nice however check- in and communication was lacking. We asked to be let in 30 minutes early because of a bad storm. The unit was clean. Other people were allowed in when their units were clean but we did not get a quick response.Also we were without water because of a water main break and no communication with host.

Love the water views!

It was beautiful being right on the ocean and watching the people, pelicans and dolphins…and you can walk the beach for miles! The property was very comfortable and had everything needed to cook meals. I was blown away by the items that were provided — Kleenex, paper toweling, napkins, tin foil, plastic wrap, coffee and creamer, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods and dryer sheets. We stayed for 13 nights and didn’t have to buy any of those things. Kudos to Dani and the Euphoria Vacation Homes team who were very attentive to any question or concern. It was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return again!

Unparalleled Paradise: A Gem on Crescent Beach

We've stayed at many vacation condos over the years, but none compare to this exceptional haven. The level of cleanliness was impeccable, and the condo was stocked with every supply you could possibly need, from beach chairs and umbrellas to toiletries, washing supplies, and morning coffee essentials. Every detail was maintained to the highest standard, and the location is perfect for a serene getaway. Waking up to the breathtaking ocean view each morning was a delight. The condo is ideally situated on Crescent Beach, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful natural surroundings, and plenty of space as you stroll south along the shore. I highly recommend this condo to families, whether you might forget a few items or simply seek a restorative and peaceful vacation. This place is a true treasure!

Just what we needed and more!

This condo is well-stocked, SUPER organized, and clean! The communication was bar none before, during, and after our stay. Just the right size for three adults and one child, and the community is well-cared for with great amenities. We love being able to visit St Augustine but enjoy the pristine and uncrowded beach just steps from the condo. The view is unbeatable! Having beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach towels available for our use made packing a breeze! The balcony furniture has been updated to the nice bar-height poly-andirondack chairs and table, which was perfect for sunrise watching. It is fully shaded in the afternoon and beyond just when you're ready to take a break from the sun too. Can"t go wrong with this rental.
