We had 10 ladies 55+ on a 4 day holiday at Sunsetter and were blown away by not only the clean and beautiful accomodations but also the over and beyond service offered by itrip MGMT host, Alexa. Every question and request was met with by Alexa's prompt communication and solutions! I will be checking with Alexa for future itrip vacations! She deserves a bonus smoothly dealing with 10 older ladies with various abilities and expectations 😊

This place is amazing. My Grandkids did not want to leave. We will definitely be coming back. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, putt putt golf, restaurants and of course ice cream shops. The pool was a plus, and the home was very clean. The property manager was just a text away. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home.

St Augustine Beach

This was our first visit to St. Augustine, and we knew we wanted to stay close to the beach. The house was perfect for our family and 2 miniature doxies. The house is close to the beach and has plenty of room. The elevator is a plus along with the pool. The hosts were very courteous and very responsive when we contacted them. We highly recommend the Sunsetter House!

Perfect beach house for the family

Lots of space for the family to either gather or hang out on their own with all the amenities you need. The beach was just steps from the house on a quiet street and allowed dogs :).

Amazing property, beach and location

The property was clean, well stocked and close to attractions and restaurants. We were a multi-generational family and enjoyed the pool as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach. The house provided plenty of room for us to spread but still come together for meals and family time. Great vacation experience!

Great place for family trip

Home is spacious enough to spread out adult children but come together for family meals and game time. Walking distance to two fantastic restaurants and putt putt. Pool is perfect size to relax in the evening after a long day at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunsetter. Home was roomy, comfortable and had everything needed for extended stay. It was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, beach and even mini golf. Pool was heated and maintained by i-trip staff. The management company was the best we've ever had in rentals. Their response to any issues was immediate and friendly. Would highly recommend properties using i-trip management.

Wonderful house steps from the ocean

Excellent value for a clean house steps from the ocean with a great pool for the kids. House was well stocked with all the pool and beach toys and equipment. Everyone greatly enjoyed their stay at this property.

Beautiful house, well appointed kitchen, excellent location. Weather was chilly but the pool was toasty and warm. This place has everything. Manager is responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Pool-home with Short Walk to Beach

Beautiful pool-home located on street with direct access to the beach. House was very clean and well-stocked. All was in good working order as well. Garage had lots of extra beach toys, wagon, pool toys, etc. We had a great time walking to the beach and enjoying the pool. The location in St. Augustine was great - access to all of the local amenities. Highly Recommend!

Fantastic beach house for the whole family

Sunsetter was the perfect place for our family gathering! House was spacious, sparking clean, and super close to a beautiful beach! And the heated pool was a wonderful bonus for chilly afternoons. Short drive to St Augustine! Will definitely return!
