"The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. "The hotel has an excellent location, just minutes from Waverley Station, which was very convenient as we arrived via train. At the end of our stay, we walked 5 minutes to the Airlink 100 bus stop on Waverley Bridge, so it was close to airport transportation as well. We were minutes from the Royal Mile and close to New Town too. The hot breakfast offerings were great and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with a good variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt, baked goods, meats and cheeses. I especially enjoyed the included champagne at breakfast. We also enjoyed the in-room snacks with Scottish brands, which were also included. The Artist Vista room was small but adequate and had creative space solutions, such as the sliding wood panel that functioned as a curtain. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"
