"I think breakfast was a bit of a let down, the continental side of the breakfast could have been better, and the cooked breakfast should have been all you can eat. The room was alright, we had WiFi, and the bathroom was clean as it should be. The car park was value for money, the ambience of the hotel was welcoming and very nice. The location was great not far from the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants and bars."

"The rooms, in fact the whole hotel was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good and well organised. Didn’t use the bar or dining room. The rooms were very warm, with no air con, there was a bath which doubled as a jacuzzi with an overhead shower, totally unnecessary, the base of the shower was higher than the floor which didn’t feel very safe when getting out. Much better and safer to have a walk in shower."

"We were very impressed with Citadines from start to finish. The check in process was seamless - we arrived at 1pm, not expecting to check in, but we wanted a place to put our luggage so we could head out into town. We were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who checked us in straight away, she was so nice. The room itself was spotless & had everything you could think of needing, including a washing machine & a dryer which was SO handy with 2 small children in tow! The location was perfect, but as I’m originally from Liverpool I knew this before booking. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, it was perfect! Thanks!"
