「Of course the location, service, amenities and food are excellent. One of the most special stays we have had across America. Oddly, the 4 staff at checkin were not very friendly…proficient, but not warm or welcoming, while all the waiters and waitresses in the dining room and bar were very happy and jovial. The maid was even more personable. Sitting in the lobby people watching is a fun way to relax, and I noticed the front staff a bit dry with everyone. It didn’t affect our stay, but it was...
