「My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. 」

「Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfasts were very good with variety and service. Their restaurant, bar were not open. The vending machines were out of service as well as the elevator closest to our room. Thankfully we were on 1st floor. Only had to go to 2nd floor for ice. Our bedding and room was clean and comfortable. The hallway carpets showed a lot of stains and wear. Overall we accomplished what we had our trip planned for and sleeping was good.」

「Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.」

「The property and the room was immaculate. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to bring your own sleep pillows. Other than that it was perfect!」
