「Clean and friendly 」

「The staff have been wonderful. Helpful in every turn. The gym has every equipment any 1 person could want but it seems they have water issues. There are buckets located throughout the gym and even still puddles of water. Plus it smells a bit, almost moldy. Our room is lovely. Spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. We’re close walking distance to good restaurants and bars. The park is across the way. Easy access to the art gallery or the zoo. So far we have had a good time. 」

「酒店的位置特别赞，紧靠拱门和公园，离开地铁也近，房间里窗帘可能是后装上去的，既不方便拉动也看上去比较次，服务员倒是特别亲切」

「Overall our stay was amazing! The only thing that was a little inconvenient is that the house keeper took our bar of hand soap our first night and never replaced it so we had to get our soap from the bathtub every time we had to wash our hands. They also didn’t replace some of the towels after they took them and the led light mirror was missing the cord. Front desk staff was super nice and friendly though! The bedroom we were giving was also very nice. We’d stay here again :)」

「Friendly staff」

「Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.」

「Carpets not the cleanest. Some updating needed for summer users. ( A/C units in windows ) Staff was very helpful though. Recommend booking a few days in advance due to Expedia delays. I was unexpected at property but staff on-site made some last minute adjustments to accommodate.」
