「Staff was the highlight of the hotel」

「This place is our favourite place to stay in the Caribbean. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will definitely be back. Food is great. Drinks are better. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very Kid friendly but also fairly quiet if you’re looking for a getaway without kids. We had one of, if not the best massage we’ve ever had at the spa. The mall, grocery store and multiple restaurants are all within a 10 min walk. The food is quite pricey but very good no matter...

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」
