We've stayed on Clearwater Beach for 20 years

We have rented many homes and motels in the south over 20 years and visited Clearwater Beach several times during this period. This stay was probably the most enjoyed and relaxing of all. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive to help you with your stay in Clearwater Beach. We are definitely planning on a return there and hope to stay here again.

Very Accommodating - Amazing

My heartfelt thank you to the owner and Florida Rentals! Due to last minute cancellation of our VRBO rental Sunset Beach our vacation was salvaged. Although it was heartbreaking to see all the damage and ongoing recovery for many properties especially 440 West Condos. Sherri and Blair went above and beyond and were able to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended! Customer service is their #1 priority!

The overall property was wonderful. We enjoyed the complex and people were friendly.

The unit itself was a little tired looking but clean. Living room furniture was uncomfortable to sit in. The dining room table was small and only had four chairs. This didn't work well for a unit that slept 6. The beds were very comfortable. Despite these short comings we loved the location and have booked again for next year. A few changes would add to our next stay.

Awesome vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in this condominium. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean, you could hear the waves crashing from the living room. The pier and restaurants were within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at 440 West, 408N was probably the most enjoyed and relaxing of all. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive to help you with your stay in Clearwater Beach.
