「Even though it rained the entire weekend, we enjoyed our stay! The fireplace was wonderful to come back to after a day out and about. The cabin is cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our only regret was not being able to use the deck or get down to the lake because of the weather! Also appreciated the text from the owners before we got there to let us know to contact them if we needed anything.」

「Beautiful well equipped home. A little cold for water activities however, the area looked welcoming and well kept. Having the washer/dryer was so nice since we were working during our stay. Would definitely stay again.」

「Beautiful and super clean cabin just steps from the lake. Great swimming, boating and fishing right from the cabin. Has a large green lawn to play games on along with a fure pit to use. Racheal was right there within seconds to any question we may have had. This place and owner are the real deal for a place to stay.」

「The hotel was great in every way but one, unfortunately the one bad thing was the mattress. Usually hotel mattresses are great. These were awful. The pool and hot tub were so nice and clean and everything else was as well. If they were to tell me they got better mattresses I’d go back next year for the convention but as it is we will probably find another place. 」

「All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.」

「The Country Inn was recommended to us and we are very pleased it was. All employees were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 「Booking the listing was a breeze. I was very surprised there was availability as my vacation plans were a bit last minute. From the listing it seemed at first to be a bit sketchy as I am not familiar with online bookings and given the info I just wasn't sure. The photos were not as detailed as I like, but I got the idea of it. it looked super retro and totally my jam and so I figured why not just give it a try. Well...I am so glad I did! What a fun little set up. The vintage touch is spot on and...

「I enjoyed the pool and hot tub although the jets in the hot tub could have been more powerful. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. The fridge in our room was loud and made strange noises all night which sometimes awoke me from my sleep.」

「Lake Augusta cabins are a wonderful retreat perfectly situated. An hour from Minneapolis period period we stayed 3 different times this summer. Each time we've had more wonderful experiences and met new friends. Max It is an outstanding host! He's super responsive and enthusiastic, and he is constantly improving this charming and welcoming property! We are already planning our time there next year!!!」

「I stayed here for a conference and it could not have been more convenient! My room was dated but comfortable and clean. Staff was wonderful and I loved that I could just walk down the hall and grab a drink and dinner after a long drive. Make sure to check in up front before you go park as the door requires a key card from the ramp. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in town! 」
