“I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!”

“The keys did not work 90% of time. Computer and printer not working in business center. Room smelled of smoke or mold not sure which. Pool looked yellow.”

“The girl at the front desk was beyond terrible. We are amoving company from DE and my crew was in FL for an unload. I called in advance to let them know the crew wouldn't get there until 3-4am. They get there and the front desk girl gave them terrible attitude and dirty looks. Any question they asked, she responded with an attitude. We got 2 rooms - one of the keys didn't work for the room. When my guy informed her off it, she told him it probably does work and now we need to take a field……

“If it was not for the amazing staff this place would have gotten no stars if that was possible. There was blood in the womens bathroom everywhere, the place smelled musty and soiled, the carpet was so filthy and so old. We stayed 1 night instead of e. The A/C was loud and put off a dirty smell, there was not a single table lamp in the room, the bathroom was updated but the painting they did was all over the ceiling and just very sloppy. This place needs a ton of work for it to even feel safe to……
