Front desk mentioned to us about parking fee being waived and other bonus if we attended 40 minute presentation, since we would mostly be out with our family who live nearby we could not commit. No pressure from ANYONE, I was quite pleased as reviews said otherwise and I’ve read some horror stories. 「 Check in was easy and staff friendly, even walked me to my room. Free parking is a HUGE PLUS. I stayed in the older building which could use a little love, but you cant beat the location. They offer beach chairs and umbrellas, free bottled water, and there is free breakfast but I was out and about super early so I didnt take advantage of that. They have 2 smaller pools with chairs and umbrellas also I went to the newer one. Restaurant/bar on site plus a ton within walking distance. Would...

「I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was nice and quiet, which I love. 2 minute walk from the beach and restaurant of your choice. Easy walk to any store as well. Only thing that could improve are the chairs they lend out free of charge. They look like they’ve seen better days. But free is free so they did just fine. Would definitely come back for my futures trips to Fort Lauderdale!」

「Waited for the hotel shuttle service for a lengthy amount of time and also did not receive the most patient response when we called about it.」

「We enjoyed the friendly staff and upscale vibe of the entire property. The room and view were outstanding. What was not great was debris on the floors at the adult pool area and the overall noise in the room god forbid you should open the sliders. The spa services were excellent and definitely detail oriented. Hi lights were the nespresso machine and the lux bedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「The first room we were in the toilet linked. I told the lady at the front desk. She immediately changed our rooms and apologized. We got into a second room. We turned on the TV and the TV had a hole in it in the screen. I took a picture of it, went to the front desk and told the lady. Within an hour they had a new TV for us.
