"We had a great stay. Loved the bottles of shampoo, bodywash and conditioner in all of the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Great to have a nice supply of tp, kleenex and cotton swabs and cotton rounds. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Would have loved some decaf coffee. Kitchen well stocked. We loved seeing a manatee and sting ray in the water way from the upper deck. Pool was heated nicely during the day and it was cooler while we were there. Hot tub is heated at night warmer and that was great too. Location is great to get to all the things in Marathon. Quiet neighborhood. Was fun walking to sunset beach during the day and at sunset (much busier) and they do a whole song thing. Thanks for a great stay. Our daughters loved the blue lights in the ceiling bedrooms. No drapes just the wood shutters so bedrooms were a bit brighter than we're accustomed to. Foosball table leg was loose. Let managing company know. Luckily no one got hurt. Overall a very comfortable and wonderful house. Wasn't sure where life jackets were for kayaks, but didn't ask either. Lots of fun playing ping pong, pool and air hockey."

"Our family stayed for 10 days and had a great time. The house was clean the outside pool area was wonderful. We already tried to book for next year but sadly to say it was already rented for our dates."

"Loved the house and all the amenities. Only suggestion is if you launch the kayaks and paddle boards, do so from a beach, not in the canal. If you fall in the canal, the ladder is too short to get out. "

"Wonderful stay! Communication was great from start to finish, check in was easy (even in the dark!), and the property was just as described. Spacious, super clean, and sooo close to the private sandy beach, loved having the lawn chairs always out and ready. The property grounds are so well-taken care of, the beach is raked every morning, and the pool was heated and spotless. The complex is a little older, but the unit was nicely updated, and everything in the complex is so well-maintained. We cooked in for many meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The beds are super comfortable, and the unit has everything we needed. We enjoyed the puzzles, and playing games at the dining table. The neighborhood has lovely high-end homes and is great for walking/biking around, with a dedicated walking/biking lane on the bigger road. The condo is an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, attractions, etc, with fun things to do in Marathon, and was an easy drive to Key West for a day. We would definitely stay here again!!"
