"The room is very new, the bed comfortable, and the location is nice for airport access. Unfortunately there is no fan or air conditioning, so it was too hot for comfort. When I called about it, I was directed to voice mail."

"I booked this hotel mainly because it was walking distance from the airport. There are restaurants around the area too. Taxi was easy access but i will not recommend it (too pricey). Next time we'll figure out the public transport instead for sure. Shopping in Zurich was the main purpose :)"
"It was centrally located to all the areas that we wanted to visit on both sides of the river. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff was awesome with lots of great tips for things to do and where to eat. The check-in process was super easy too."

Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."
