Short stay

Guests were attending a conference at the ICC. Apartment is in a great location, has everything required. Check in instructions very clear.Only small minus was that the sofa bed matress was uncomfortable.

Clean but hard to get in and out of

The place was clean and had adequate beds and couches and tables and such but was hard to get into the parking spot and find the elevators when arriving and the separate lockbox spot from the parking garage was not ideal. It would be nice to have more than 1 key fob for the various family members coming and going. The dryer is super loud. The balcony was small and had a view of the street and storage facility across the street. It met our needs but did not wow us.

Whatever was listed was what you got. Nothing extra. No extra towels just in case, no hand towels/washcloths in the bathroom, no paper towels in the kitchen area.
