Booked 2 nights but checked out after 1 night. We had a King + sofa bed for 3 adults. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. We had to go to the front desk to get sheets for it. They had no blankets and no spare towels. Bathroom was not very clean with hair in all corners, and a leaky toilet supply line with a plastic container to catch the water. There was trash/plastic shopping bags in the drawers. Others in our group found dirty linens on their sofa beds. Our room had an old and musty smell. Hotel was run down. Staff was polite but not especially helpful. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection - that was about the only good thing about our stay at this hotel.

Bed, mini fridge, toilet, and shower were clean. Shower room ceiling was orange with grime. Mini coffee maker spouted black grit when brewed. Dead bug under coffee bags. Staff were always helpful when I needed something. Breakfast was the same hot food every day and I suspect the same actual food reheated every day: sausage, gravy, biscuits, and eggs. Bagels and bread to toast, ran out of bananas, ran out of waffle batter one day. One day there were brownie bites. The yogurt in the fridge expired 4 days before my check in and were there the whole week I was even though I told the employee behind the counter about it day 2. Good location, mediocre experience

The hotel was less than expected considering the brand. However, all the employees were amazing —pleasant, friendly and hospitable. They made up for everything. Our first room had an interesting must smell. Then, when we showered, the water backed up to our ankles. It was unappealing to say the least. Since we arrived just before midnight after traveling all day from the west coast, we stuck it out one night. The next day, we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was nice. The hotel is pretty dated looking. The breakfast is from 6 to 9 AM even on the weekend. My husband arrived at 8:55 AM, and they closed at 9. They also have a sign encouraging people not to waste food, which was odd as I have never seen that before.
