「The room was clean and the property outdoors was very nice and well maintained . Great location, easy access to the strip. We did have a few roaches in the kitchen and the furniture was extremely dated. Side chair was stained on the arm rests. Fridge had rusted spots on the front but was very clean inside and cold. Overall, not sure I’d stay here again. 」

「The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.」

「After we checked in you go to the next counter and get your parking pass. He says Expedia has a discount for shows. I'm thinking like something so different. They hit you up for 2 hours of trying to sell you vacation package. I wasn't aware of this. The pools were nice to swim in. I booked this hotel for the water slide and of course it was broke! Didn't offer a discount on next time stay. That was disappointing along with the roaches in our bed and on the wall. I thought for sure the manager...

「The Property was great. We had stayed at Surrey's before but this was our first time to stay at the Townhouses. We loved it; plenty of room for everyone. We will be staying here again! It's always nice to have the kitchen and laundry if needed. Everything was extremely clean.」

「The room never kept hot water!! We had to take cold showers and it was only 3 of us staying in there, And it was dirty needed dusted really bad my husband has allergies and he was miserable the entire week could not breath」
