“Great place 👌 ”

“We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. “Easy to find and close enough to Branson strip/landing for outings, but far enough out to be quiet and serene!! Check in and out was a breeze, didn’t require interaction with the host, but host was available via vrbo at any time! Loved it!!”

“Overall, the stay was fine. When we arrived on the property, check-in was very easy and we got settled quickly. However, once in our room, there were no instructions on check out processes, room, expectations, or anything of that nature. The listing also had a lot of amenities listed that there were no instructions for. My husband and I googled The name of the stay and found that on their website the amenities are an extra cost. On the listing, there was no mention of extra cost, which was part……

“We actually did not stay here. We had to get with management to get the check in info, due to lack of communication with the host. We arrived went to the room, checked out the bed since that’s the first thing we do. The bed frame is bent and could possibly be a safety hazard. Saw a few bugs flying the window. Started to look up some things to do then other parties started arriving. The front door to the property was slamming and noisy. You could hear people outside if your rooms and people above……

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was very nice and the scenery was beautiful. The only issue we had was that the heater was just a little noisy. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.”

“We never got to stay because no one gave us the access code. Communicating with the property manager was terrible. Check in was at 4pm but they never sent the entry email. It was our 20th anniversary and we had to get a hotel in Order to have a place to stay. The property was beautiful and we would have loved to stay in the unit we paid for. The property manager finally gave us a refund but that didn't help our vacation plans. Manager didn't seem to care that our plans were ruined. Will not be……
