「I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...

「Because my family was attending the tennis state final, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the price is relatively expensive, perhaps because of the peak season.」

「The room was very clean it felt like home. The staff and amenities were GREAT」

「The exhaust fan in the bathroom ran 24 hours a day could not shut it off had to shut the door to the bathroom to cut the noise of it. Plus it let the cold air to come into the room all the time because the vent was forced open from the fans running all the time. 」

「1) Very very low Wi-Fi connecting speed than we stayed before, even using paid Wi-Fi. 2) Nothing in the room for kitchen use at all.」

「Paid full price didn’t have no Internet maxed out my hotspot on both phones stayed two nights. They had people sleeping in the lobby all night. We were on the bottom floor and had people looking into our room from outside we didn’t have any towels. They gave us pool towels that were very tiny no washcloths no soap. 」

「Wish I could say it was a nice stay. My biggest take away would be the OUTER doors are NOT locked at ANY TIME. As a single female traveler, I find this very concerning. I travel with my service dog and my competition dog, so I decided not to find another place for the weekend. The first room assigned had hairs inside the bedding. I asked for another room and in that one, the bathtub had black hair at the drain(I discovered this the next morning) luckily, I carry disinfectant cleaner with me....

「The trash and dirty towels from the previous guest was not removed from the room prior to us being given the room key. Small pieces of baseboard trim was no longer attached to the wall - it was the first thing we saw when opening the door. Carpeting in the hallways needs replaced. The staff were friendly once they came to the desk, but the front desk did not have any staff whenever we went to the lobby.」
