「We were moved to a different property, which turned out to be just fine. The location was great, the property had a nice recreation suite with a pool table and TVs as well as a nice pool. It was convenient to mid-town Nashville and very easy to get in and out of for site seeing and all around visit to Nashville.」

「I suggest everyone double-checks their bill when checking out. Ours was a mess last month. Poor communication. Miscommunication / quotes on services. Surprise charges for things we never utilized. Was told late checkout was included with our “add on”, then they charged for that lol. Just really study your bill, I wouldn’t have noticed any of this if I didn’t ask for a receipt when leaving. Look line for line — this is a sneaky hotel, staff has poor communication and follow up.
