「The sevice is nice there.But when I check in I told them i booked from Hotels.com.They said with no my name there.After 30 minutes checking.They said it's from another website.The people was very nice to check for me.」

「Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎」
