「Such a welcoming and beautifully decorated hotel. The staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special mention to Soad who checked us in and looked after us throughout our stay. He even organised a special treat for our son’s birthday which made it an unforgettable stay.」

「Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm.
You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out.
Thank you for another lovely stay.」

「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...
