“I LOVE THIS HOTEL! This was the second part of my stay and it was just as outstanding as my initial visit. I was apprehensive about the no contact check-in, etc, but I was assisted every step of the way. I needed help scanning my passport and the online support was outstanding. And there are actually staff available once you're in the hotel and they're very helpful. My room was on the 4th floor both times and were very comfortable with wonderful amenities. Also, you can't beat the location!!……

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
