"Overall nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff but there are areas in the room you can tell need to be cleaned or just touched up and replaced. "

"Floors were dirty and room had an awful smell. Couch dirty. Staff was great check in and check out. Would recommend doing renovations. Loved the size of the room and separation between bedroom and living room. "

"The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude. He watched everything you did and would tell you as soon as you opened the lid to get something to close it fast. I also over heard a argument between him and another guest cause he was being extremely rude to him too. Other then those 2 issues. We had a great stay "

"This is a great hotel…close to the airport, restaurants & stores. They also have great breakfast in the morning. The only issue right now is they are doing some renovations, so you hear drilling & some banging but it’s only until 6pm. I would recommend this hotel."

"The first room wasn’t clean. There were bodily fluids in the bathroom, and on the wall. We were relocated to another room. After using the onsite laundry facility the washer wasn’t working correctly and soaked our clothing. All I could do was hang dry them. The manager offered a dry cleaning service on the house. The dry cleaners lost our clothes. The clothes that were dry cleaned were located at another hotel. A pair of $130 pants for work are still missing. Not a dime of our stay was refunded. "

"The staff was amazing!! There are not enough dishes for all the rooms. I chose this hotel to stay with my children because of the kitchen but did not have anything, even a cup, in the room for two days. The staff did what they could to provide items, but it was challenging to provide for my two children as hoped. "

"Host was great and home fitted our needs perfectly. Great dog friendly property with fenced yard and close to trails and dog park. Host had a lot of nice touches with amenities. Host very responsive. "
