「The hotel was beautiful. The food was great although for us, not many options to choose from based on what we eat. But we still enjoyed it. Staff was on point. Our only observation that needed improvement was housekeeping and the turn down service in the evening. Housekeeping did good but we didn't know to call in room dining to pick up the table so housekeeping just left it -they didn't call or try to remove it even though it was pretty clear we were done with the food. 「I was very surprised by the place. The room is perfect for solo travel or a couple who doesn’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room. I loved the decorations in it. 「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. The view from the high rise balcony was amazing. It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I & our 2 teen daughters. We had a comfortable bed & private bedroom. The girls had the option of sleeping on the couches or the 2 folding beds. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. provided. "The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
