「Accommodation was average but the cleanliness let it down. The bedding was clean and fresh but we had old tea spashes on the unit and also someone's old toilet usage was still stick to the pan. "Wasn't the nicest thing to have to clean when I've paid to stay at a hotel" overall would I stay again. Yes I probably would as it may have been a one off... 「We have stayed here a few times in the past but not for about three years now. Sadly, we were very disappointed . The service used to be exceptional. I asked for a quiet room as we are very light sleepers - we were kept aware by the kitchen fan at the back of our room and the noise from the reception desk. 「The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues.
