“the hotel itself was great, staff were very helpful. They could do with installing double glazing in the building however, as it got quite noisy early in the morning given how close traffic / heavy lorries pass to the hotel. We were in the top floor, but were still woken up by it early doors!”

“Lovely seaside hotel with friendly staff and super breakfast. Room was very small…. Never stayed in such a small room. Paid for a double but it was a single at best. Bed side tables were tiny shelves. Uncomfortable as a result, It was, however, very clean. ”

No curtain around the bath tub in the master bedroom... Hotel.com didn't inform us clearly the check in procedure - e. g. We need to contact the staff by phone for a password to the key safe! ”

“Room was clean but damp patches in the bathroom ceiling with holes in it was not pleasant wardrobe was peeling and taps made terrible noise when you turned it on sink was cracked ”

“I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place ”

“The Sun Inn is a great location in the centre of Faversham. There is no on site parking facility and it took a while to locate overnight parking. We used the train station and walked. The staff were very friendly and professional. Lovely room and very nice breakfast. Enjoyed our stay .”

“Friendly and polite staff. Hotel located in town center with lots of shops and a variety of restaurants nearby. The on-site car park is first-come-first serve and becomes full early. Be prepared to park in off-site paid car park if you drive.”
