「This is a wonderful place. From the moment we checked in we were treated so well. Kelsie at the front desk was so nice and she was helpful in answering all of our questions. Eric the manager was also very friendly. The place was very clean, the room was exceptional. The only negative I have(and it is really a picky one) is that the pool was suppose to be heated. It was chilly when we were there and were hoping to be able to use the pool but it was too cold.」

「The room, stay and location were great. It is Expedia that dropped the ball. I paid for the room in advance for I thought was the total price, only to be hit with “destination fee” and daily parking charges. I was hit with over $200 in extra charges upon checking out. Expedia never mentioned a thing about possible other fees. I’ll never use Expedia again.」

「I had the pleasure of being checked in by a wonderful ambassador for Hilton, Harley. Her Customer Service skills were something straight out of an outstanding customer service training video! On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.」

「The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it」

「Although they were renovating, they gave us a heads up and some accommodations. Ms. Chauncey and Rosita were great! And the staff were also awesome! Thank you. 」
