This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet area of Tokyo, but still close to the train station so that getting around is easy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and stove top. Also the washer/dryer in unit is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Room was clean and had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay including friendly staff, fast wifi, and even an in-room laundry unit.

Great location, excellent staff, very helpful and patient. Its a great experience for us. Specially i was sick on the day check out. They are very nice and helpful to tell my kids where to get medications. If I visit Toyota again, definitely will come back.

Location was very convenient, close to various train stations. The room is larger than a regular hotel room and included additional amenities like an ensuite washer/dryer which is convenient for longer stays. The kitchenette is well equipped with a microwave and a toaster oven. The room also included a dining area and also a sitting area.

Good location. 10 mins walk from subway station. the room is clean in general but ac needs deep cleaning. It smelled funny. Check out was awkward. The staff was right there but we were told to check our using tablet.

Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. It came with a washing machine/dryer which was very convenient. The staff were bilingual and most helpful. The only area for improvement is the aircon unit which was inconsistent and pumped out warm sir which dried our eyes.

The hotel is situated about 10 minute walk away from popular tourist area. It is quiet, and staff are very friendly and are fluent in English. The room itself is quite spacious, and has a washer/dryer unit in the suite, which is very convenient.
