“When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality.”

“When i checked in the people were so welcoming and friendly, close to the city centre of so easy walkable to the pubs and shops. My room was a decent size for 1 person, nice and comfortable, the only issue i can think of is the bathroom was a little small and hot water took quite a while to come through, Breakfast in the morning was also very nice, i will definitely stay again if I come back to Torquay.”

The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. “Rooms nice amd clean. Reasonable amount of parking. Nice sea view from the breakfast room. Some wind noise on breezy days, noticeable outside my room, no 7. Large bar with some functions at weekends, but the noise wasnt too intrusive. Overall an enjoyable stay”

“The Hotel is perfectly positioned with parking and an easy short stroll to the central harbour area with multiple restaurants, pubs, tourist facilities. The welcome was lovely, the room was large, bright with full en-suite facilities. Lovely shower really nice towels and bedding the bed was lovely and large very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a lovely well stocked bar underneath and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons some live music which was great. Having lived in the area years ago and……
