“Read the bad reviews on two sites- Vrbo and Airbnb. Owner had said they were working on fixing issues- especially bathroom. They did- there is plenty of room in bathroom. The place is spacious. Kitchen is stocked very well. However - we had two issues - the house is pet friendly- and you could tell as you opened the door- it smelled like pet urine and wet dog. At one point I put extra sheets provided on the white couches to cover the smell. It didn’t work. I wasn’t going to write about this- as……

“We loved our time at Eagle Point! The view was gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and there was ample room for the 5 of us. The loft was the perfect space for our three children: each had their own bed, there were activities to do, and there was a table and comfy chairs where they could sit and do a puzzle. We enjoyed the neighborhood playground that was over the little bridge. Pam and Keith were awesome hosts. Would definitely stay again!”

Very quiet lake and neighborhood (June 27 weekend). Neighbor was very nice, property was clean and well kept. “ A lovely little cabin back in the quiet woods. A good location for accessing the Finger Lakes and parks and Rochester. We love being outdoors, walking trails, picnicking, quiet woods, dark night skies, seeing sights. This was a good place for all of that. The cabin itself was comfortable for the two of us. The road up to the cabin is quite rough and we were glad we had an AWD vehicle, even in the summer. The cabin's water must be from a well because it smells of sulfur and iron. We……

“This place was awesome! Our party of six fit so well in this cottage. Besides the amazing views, there were kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and a hot tub we never even had a chance to hop in… there was also a hammock, chairs under a covered deck, and lots of puzzles for down time. Everything I needed in the kitchen was available, and appreciated, because I always forget something at home. Finally, I loved that there were nightlights and throw blankets EVERYWHERE!! We would definitely rent this……
