"This is a massive home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Check in and check out was easy.We will definitely book again!!"

"The kitchen is not a "fully stocked kitchen" therefore planning two meals a day to be at the house was difficult at best. No kitchen towels, no hot pads, no toaster, no mixing bowls, one very small cookie sheet, no can opener. There were 8 towels, one wash cloth for 7 guest for 4 days. No place for suitcases, no hangers in the closets. No bathmats (tile floors, slippery when wet). There were several cleaning issues, mold in master shower (host insisted it was rust) The host was responsive, but the solutions would greatly interrupt our vacation. "

"The hotel was under construction so inside appeared to be a messy and taped off environment. Also we had no hot water in the shower and when calling the check in desk we were advised to turn on the sink water to make the water hot. No help or accommodations made. "
