Superbe hôtel les pieds dans le sable au port d’une plage privée, ambiance très zen et calme. Le Perso était tes soins. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

The stay was very nice and cozy, nice clean room close to the beach. It wasn’t directly with beach view, but partially, and I liked it because the wind was strong. Property is very close to the Mayan ruins, just 10-15 minutes walk on the beach . Staff were very nice . Since it’s a glamping option, I didn’t realize , my cabin didn’t have a bathroom, I had to walk in the middle of the property to the toilet and to take a shower. Not all the toilets and showers were in good condition and had shampoo and conditioners. I just stayed one night, it was ok.

Excelente hotel, lugar hermoso. Instalaciones en armonía con el entorno, recomendable rentar coche o bicicleta. Buenas playas cerca, clubes de playa. Se encuentra dentro de una reserva y la reserva muy hermosa. Muy cercano a las ruinas de Tulum y la playa muy limpia.

Dit us gewoon een paradijs! Echt heerlijk geslapen in de goede bedden. Je loopt zo het strand op, prachtige locatie en ook het eten was goed. Heerlijke douches en geweldige sfeer. Echte aanrader, lekker rustig, terwijl de snorkel excursie op letterlijk 50 meter zit.

Little slice of paradise. Never considered myself a camping person but it’s easy at Casa Nawal. Being inside a national park, waking up in front of the sea, sunrises and sunsets, my stay was a memorable experience.

More than what I expected!! Great cozy tents right by the beach. The whole property is nested in the national park and very close to nature. The beach is few steps away. Also, their wellness activities were amazing. Definitely staying here again

Right on the beach - nothing beats that. Catch the sunrise on the beach before the tourists visiting the national park enters, and stay after sunset...For the price, the room was clean and spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. The shared bathrooms and showers are kept quite clean. Issues: wifi did not reach my room at all (but I can go by the restaurant for wifi or on the beach for 4G signal); the A/C did not work well, which was fine at night for my season (november), but don't plan on staying in during the day. You won't stay in. You'll be swimming in the sea.

Glamping is fun, however my tent was moldy and smelled bad. As an older, experienced traveler, I prefer to have a bathroom in where I am staying. The restrooms weren’t far away, but a smell of sewage was noticeable. I wound up leaving early, giving up 4 nights of my stay, and after repeated attempts I never received a refund. The staff was very nice and did try to help, but most of the tents need work. If you don’t mind “roughing it” then this place would work for you! It is in the National Park, and you can hear the ocean at night from in your tent which is very peaceful. The property is very nice. The yoga classes were amazing.

The property is on a beautiful location of Tulum Beach, we really enjoyed the Yoga Class and beautiful beach nice and clean, but the property glamping was horrible the tent was dirty and broken they upgraded us to a better tent but the AC was not working and the bed had bedbugs
