“We had a wonderful week here. Mac was very responsive and helpful. The pool was great. The place was beautifully furnished. Had lots of great meals both in town and just down the street. We even got to see turtles nesting on the beach just off the pool deck.”

We enjoyed the pool and yard for those relaxing days. The neighborhood is safe and has one of the best toco stands down the street. Definitely would recommend Claudia's for your vacation in Tulum.”

The pool was never restored to usable condition during our stay. We reported the issue immediately and followed up repeatedly, but the host/management were difficult to reach and there was no real repair.
