“Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and bright. The food, considering it’s all inclusive was very good (and I have a very fussy……

“My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish……

“Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the……

“We had a lovely time all the staff are lovely Room was gorgeous and very clean. Bed was massive and so comfortable . Bottle of wine in room on arrival and the view was stunning. Pool that was open outside was heated other pools and decking was being maintained as we went out of season but more then adequate. For future reference could do with toilets open also on far side of other pool. But a beautiful well maintained hotel our 5 visit we’ll go again later in the year ”

“We had an amazing experience at Ada Cave Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us the welcome fruit again after we initially missed it—it was a lovely touch. “Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. ”
