“Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and bright. The food, considering it’s all inclusive was very good (and I have a very fussy……

“My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish……

“Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the……

“酒店早餐非常丰盛，不过不是那么适合中国人口味。房间都有阳台，可以看到部分地中海景色。酒店后门出去，顺着台阶5分钟可以下到海边。不过海滩都是卵石，非常咯脚。但地中海海水很清澈，也很平静。酒店后门出去左转走到安塔利亚博物馆不到10分钟。那里有有轨电车可以坐到安塔利亚老城。整体而言想住的舒适可以选择这家酒店，想逛景点还是靠老城更近些比较好。”
