"Amazing staff service! Location is right along Bloor St. with plenty to do! No amenities except for the bar and cafe in the lobby, otherwise amazing room perfect for what I needed which was a place to wind down after a long day of being out. "

"A single use needle cap for an insulin or ozempic pen was on the floor of my room when I checked it. I was also unhappy that I could not cast my devices to the TV. Other than these issues, I was happy with my stay. The pool and changing rooms were exceptionally clean."

"Unfortunately, I have a background and luxury hotels in five star Forbes service standards and the hallways were not vacuumed, but the rooms are beautiful clean and comfortable. The venues are kind of boring. I miss the original four seasons bar that was awesome. And there is construction everywhere and nothing is mentioned on the website about it so we basically had noise at 8:30 in the morning and a terrible view from our room. "
