“Quietly ”

“The property has a lot offer in summer. We went during winter. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and more. Staff wasn't friendly. There no breakfast included as advertised. During summer yes. An updated web site would have been nice. I would have stayed at another one. Price for my stay was rediculous seeing as it was regular rate for summer. Never again. We found nicer places for less after so next time will stay somewhere else that will have breakfast included no matter the season”

“There are two buildings, a mansion at 393 State and a free-standing "annex" at 399. The beautifully appointed living room and the modern kitchen/breakfast room are in the mansion. My room was in the annex, a few steps away. It was large and luxurious, with a comfy queen bed, seating area, bathroom with a tub, even an anteroom leading to the bathroom. The kitchen is clearly built to accommodate long-term stays, with a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, oven and microwave. Breakfast, included in the……

“Pros: Nice and helpful staff, easy check in process, decent breakfast, nice decor in lobby and in rooms. Cons: The hotel could really use an upgrade. While the overall look and layout of the hotel is nice, when you take a closer look you really start to notice how shoddy the various repairs are which kinda detracted from the overall experience.”
