“We arrived at the bungalow on Christmas Eve after 6:00 PM following a 2½-hour drive, expecting a clean and comfortable place to settle in for the holiday. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the bungalow was not in acceptable condition and had clearly not been properly cleaned.I contacted the owner immediately and was informed that someone would be sent. A cleaner did arrive and worked for approximately two hours. While the cleaning was eventually done properly, this occurred well after our arrival and……

“The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. The host was always responsive. Check in and out were very easy. But if you don't like outside noise, like roosters, dogs or loud trains, this might not be the place for you. It is close to activities, but is located in an older, run down area. You will need to drive to the activities.”

“While we really enjoyed the dog related amenities like the fenced in yard and towels for paws, there were also some areas of concern. The backyard was completely unkept and the ceiling in the bathroom has water damage causing it to be falling in a bit over the sink. The window dressings were also broken and we were unable to open the blinds in the master to let any light in due to missing & broken components. The listing photos seem very outdated and the current rate not reflective of the unit’s……
