「La estadia estuvo super bien, la gente super amable, sin embargo había chinches en la cama, nos dimos cuenta al salir que andábamos todas picoteadas y eso arruinó el viaje por completo.」

「Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun」

「Beautiful resort just wish I had more time. Fresh food that protein can be added but is a vegans dream. Spa is spectacular- you walk out into the jungle to walk to you treatment. So beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful and facilities are beautiful. Would recommend.」

「The staff was super friendly and the room was nice. We appreciated the bottled water and beautiful rooftop view. The breakfast is the same thing everyday which gets tiresome during an extended stay. 「A great stay in Cozumel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely view, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of diving and exploring. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of both the ferry pier and the town centre, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and waterfront views nearby. For travellers looking for a comfortable stay with a convenient location, Hotel Puerto Libre is an excellent choice.」

「Smooth check-in and clean room! Overall a great stay. Highly recommend!」

What took away our comfort was the gaps at the main door and the lack of insulation which might have shielded some of the noise from the road and critters from entering. A blanket was also not provided for the sofa bed and we never received one upon request. It is also strange that there is a window in the area of the shower in...

「The only problem (actually it’s not resort’s problem) is the extreme humidity of the room, besides this all others are good」
