"We are so pleased we chose Osprey. It was everything we imagined & more. The front of house staff, Jess, Trent & team. Concierge, Spencer & team, Sam & Co in the ski room, breakfast, bar & restaurant staff, also housekeeping staff were all super warm, friendly, efficient & attentive, amazing job all round. We chose the two bed condo which was just perfect, everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness & attention to detail throughout was first class. We will highly recommend & hopefully return. "The Pines Lodge was beautiful and amazing! We will be coming back. The room was very clean, spacious & beautiful views. The staff was very kind and helpful. They had a water station downstairs with different flavors and it was free which was VERY convenient. They offer free shuttle service to Beaver Creek village which saved us A LOT of money. Emily at the front desk was very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, amazing lodge and very cozy. "
