"Hotel was very clean and main areas were excellent. Room was clean and largely well maintained but the floorboards were creaky in some places, the shower wasn't always hot and the bathroom extractor fan was pretty loud. Receptionist when we checked in was fantastic, but when we checked out the receptionist (different person) was on the phone, which wasn't a problem, but the other staff member stood at the desk just stared at us and didn't speak. Bar staff, although efficient behind the bar, left tables to be cleared for some time and were not verycommunicative. Good hotel, can't fault the cleanliness, but customer service was lacking ever so slightly."

"Great place, staff were super helpful. FYI, late August 2025 there was some cleaning of the exterior of the hotel and make sure to reserve parking in advance as spaces are limited"

"Excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, one being particularly helpful with enabling the use of the gym. Breakfast was good. Three adjacent restaurants made up for the hotel not offering dinner "
