「very cute 」

「Very well maintained, clean, great team, very good breakfast selection and dining room. A surprise to find the garden with a view of the lagoon. So relaxing and so understated. An amazing find and very reasonable pricing. A hidden gem on Giudecca.」

「Bath rooms tiny, water pressure low, transportation inconvenient and difficult during high tide. Apt. Very clean and good for family and groups not interested in eating in due to second bedroom/dining room combo. For non initiated with sanitation rules somewhat inconvenient.」

「Helpful staff, convenient location near Piazzale Roma The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location near Piazzale Roma is convenient and easy to find. The AC works well, and it's quiet on days without events. On the downside, the garden can get busy with social activities. The room is small—fine for two petite travelers, but larger guests may find it cramped. The bathroom has wet/dry separation, though the shower pressure is weak.」

「Overall good hotel, excellent location」

「Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.」

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」
