“I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows. When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. However, the actual room I was given had no accessible balcony at all. I was extremely……

“When our luggage was lost they helped with the recovery. Great staff!!!!”

“Lovely stay! The hotel is tucked away from the busy area and was so peaceful. Very clean! Just a few minute walk and we were shopping in all of the shops.”

“We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!”

“The breakfast is nice. The host is really kind and helpful. The location for visiting Venice is convenient. ”

“Amazing location. The views are absolutely stunning from the rooftop and the balcony was so cute and quaint but large”

“Beautiful property and courtyard , convenient location.”

“Best apartment we have stayed in. Brand new. Clean. Safe: there are 3 points to enter code to get to room: a gate, entrance to building, entrance to room. The view is amazing from the window. Small canal view. Location is great too: 4 minutes away from S. Sylvestro vap stop. Good restaurant choices nearly. The washer/drier/dishwasher was a savior having 2 kids.”
