“Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!”

“威尼斯一家真正值得推薦的好公寓。地點真的很方便，就在Rialto橋前方的市集入口處，從車站搭1號線的船在Rialto Mercato站下船，走路50公尺，真的不用1分鐘就到了，誰說住威尼斯島上就一定要辛苦的拉行李，住在這裡就不用煩腦行李的問題。房間空間大又新，設備齊全，設計時尚。真的可以當自己的家長久的住下來了。最值得讚美的是這裡的工作人員，非常的親切很有耐心，當我告知他們我找不到路的時候，還跑到街上來接我們。帶我們到房間後還親切的為我們示範一些設備該如何使用。下雨天還幫我們準備了雨傘。還因天氣不好，擔心影響到我們旅遊的心情，而送了我們一瓶香檳和餅乾（這是我自己的想法），但工作人員的貼心真的深深的感動了我們。感謝他們的細心服務，讓我們更加喜歡威尼斯。有機會再來的話100%會再選擇這間公寓，也會把這裡推薦給我的所有朋友們。”

“The staff was wonderful and the location on a street of designer boutiques just a few blocks from San Marco Square was perfect. The room was lovely but there were a few negatives as far as practicality. There were very few drawers and there isn't a vanity for hair drying or make-up. ”
