“We all love the privacy and the tranquility of Ninfea. The staff offered a lot of help in transportation ”

“Location was great but service was average.”

“Good central location, very friendly staff, good size rooms, lots of snacks and drinks included, kitchen and laundry facilities is a big plus”

“Our stay at San Polo was spectacular! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived much later than expected. We had originally planned to arrive around 11 PM, but ended up getting there at 12:30 AM, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling as a family with my wife and our two……

“可以煮飯有微波爐鍋子爐子等”

“This property is an absolute gem. Excellent location, extremely professional and kind staff, breakfast stunning. Rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, bedding 5 stars.”

“I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows. When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. However, the actual room I was given had no accessible balcony at all. I was extremely……

“Beutifully redone property in an excellent location”

“The hotel is cosy and very nice. Pictures of the rooms are exactly as they are. It’s quiet, updated with a fabulous bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and the toiletries are excellent. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location can’t be better, lots of good places around to eat, less than a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco and vaporetto stops.”

“住在島上是個特別的體驗 離聖馬可廣場很近”

“Excellent location, walking distance to many tourist spots. The room is clean and staffs are helpful. Highly recommend for all.”

“这是一家无法check in 的hotel,留给客人的电话是错误的，提前一天上门，都没有人开门。事后，owner的态度及其恶劣，对自己的行为完全不付责任负责。在我20年的travell 经验里，最差的一次。大家不要浪费money来book这样的酒店”

“Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”

“河景房非常棒。接待人員Marco非常友善且熱情。”
