「We had a fantastic stay In The honeymoon room, it was warm, comfy, and the bath was amazing. Breakfast in bed before leaving was great. Parking is difficult in Matera but if lucky you can get a space right outside like we managed too. Antonio was great throughout our stay. 」

「It’s a very nice cave hotel that is very conveniently located to explore the old Matera on foot. It is safe and quiet at night. There is also a very good restaurant right outside the door Dominica was absolutely wonderful. She came to meet me all the way at the airport, even though my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until the evening. She also gave me a detailed information on what to see in the town, the most important landmarks, where to go for nice views, where to go out to eat, etc....

「Staying in a cave was so awesome. Julia and the staff were amazing. The wine happy hour was fun and breakfast was very good. It was worth staying here. We did not get to use the pool area but it was calm, serene and beautiful. The entire facility had a calmness to it thst just relaxed you and made you feel welcome. 」

「Parfait pour une visite rapide de Matera. Staff féminin très agréable et efficace. Chambre très grande, calme en hauteur avec vue sur le château du dernier étage Lit confortable, grande Tv, Nespresso… rien à dire chambre très bien équipée.. Hotel très moderne bien situé à 100 mètres du centre ville historique, limite de la ZTL pas de pass nécéssaire en voiture. Parking 25€ très pratique. Petit déjeuner buffet de qualité. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’essayer le spa avec piscine 25€ / pers...

「It's the best hotel for me. The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic. Although they don't speak English very well, they helped us a lot with our heavy luggage. We deeply appreciated about that. If we visit Matera again in the future, we will still choose this hotel. 建議一到廣場噴泉時就先去information拿紙本地圖，對於尋找飯店的位置幫助較大，因為google...

「房間很大很乾淨，而且有洞穴的特色。店員的服務很好。他會一早聯絡我，然後教我怎樣到酒店。然後給了我一張地圖告訴我應該怎樣參觀這個小鎮。後來我需要買車票回到Bari，由於火車站在重建，我不知道怎樣買票，店員陪我到車站買了第二天回Bari的票,後來他知道我的行程會去西西里島，他作為西西里島的本地人也告訴我西西里島國旅行景點，我覺得她有非常好的服務態度。」
