My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough.

「Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here.
1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left.
2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived.
3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever...

「As a world traveler, I expect smaller apartments and tight quarters whenever I visit different countries. In fact, I had just enjoyed a 700 sq ft apartment the week prior in Venice. However, this 1400 sq ft apartment blew me away with its spacious rooms, remodeled bathrooms, COLD A/C and perfect location nearby sights and a water taxi stand. 「The location of this apartment cannot be beat. Located in a quiet neighborhood, right on a canal. We loved having our morning coffee in the private courtyard, watching the random boats go by. It was away from the noise and touristy parts of Venice but an easy walk to all the popular spots. Nice 2 bedroom with a full kitchen. It has everything you can possibly need. 「This accommodation was located very close to the Rialto bridge and waterbus stop making it extremely convenient to tour around. Tucked away off a side street made it less noisy in the evening, great for relaxing. The size of the apartment is perfect for a single family. Everything we needed was available and the welcome book was packed with helpful tips. This is on the third floor, so you will definitely get your steps in!」

「We had an absolutely wonderful time in Venice. This was the perfect apartment for us as a family of 4. So spacious and comfortable. The location is also fantastic. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Also an amazing view of the canal. We would definitely stay here again. 」

"The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
