「Beautiful hotel and restaurant was amazing. 」

「4 nights, checked in to a broken room heater not working. Changed to a nicer warm room. There is only one staff at the front desk. Staff is helpful. Comfortable bed n nice pillow. Great location, close by are airport bus, Metro, St Denis eateries. Will stay again. 」

「I was disappointed with the room in which we stayed, which was in the basement. It had several issues: the bathtub did not drain properly; the closet would not close; there was not enough soundproofing, as we could hear footsteps and noises from people. And the worst part was that we could not sleep because the air conditioning system did not work. These issues prompted me to call the front desk. Fortunately, Foyad (the front desk man) was very apologetic and kind enough to upgrade us to a suite...

「The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water. Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes). Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.」
